I didn’t realize it but buying and selling is an emotional roller coaster. We started working with Danny and Sal to find a property in Toronto. The competition there is fierce and felt so fortunate to have this team guide us through this process. At every property they showed us, they knew the home inside out, had all info on the house before we entered and were so patient with us as we went on so many viewings. They helped us purchase our dream home. When it came to selling our house, they took the time to get to know our home, it’s features, what we needed to change versus what is not required. They are also proactive agents in the sense that they had our home inspected before we listed so it was there for prospective buyers to see, they worked with a stagger and our home was beautifully staged and professionally photographed. Homes in our area are rarely staged so we weren’t sure if it was necessary but we received so many offers and our home for our area hit a record on the sale price. They did a lot of work on ensuring we not only had the best offer, but a strong one. These services were all inclusive and we didn’t have to pay out of pocket. When it came time to putting our offer together (on our purchase) and also going through our many offers (our sale) they had all their stats and research completed and thankfully we purchased our dream home a and we received a strong offer sale on our house. Where to begin? We (Me and my Husband) would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome Sal was throughout the entire home purchase process. I was referred to Sal Camera by a close friend…I’ll always be grateful for that. A good real estate agent is similar in nature to a conductor of a symphony, coordinating the different players to make a successful transaction a reality. I’ve worked with many agents that didn’t live up to these expectations. In this case, I’d use Sal again and more so, I would take pleasure in introducing my friends to his meticulous standards.
